By using CalendarSync ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What CalendarSync does

CalendarSync reads a syllabus or schedule you provide and helps you add the classes, assignments, and exams it finds to your calendar. You review and confirm everything before anything is added.

Your responsibility to verify

CalendarSync uses automated reading to find dates and details, and it may miss items or read them incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing the results and confirming that dates, times, and details are correct before relying on them. CalendarSync is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for the official schedule provided by your school, instructor, or organization.

Acceptable use

Use CalendarSync only with documents you have the right to use, and only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalendarSync is not liable for any missed deadlines, incorrect entries, or other losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
